Jens Nordberg started working with change management for the Golf platform at Volkswagen in Germany, and later as a project leader and software developer for agile software projects for among others Ericsson and the Swedish Health Authorities, before changing direction to become a psychologist, specializing in creativity and innovation. He works as a facilitator for creative workshops and creativity trainer for Volvo Trucks, but also for other organizations like Ericsson, Mölnlycke Healthcare and ABB. At Volvo his creative workshops have been highly appreciated, has resulted in a number of patent pending, and are being used in areas where patents are highly sought after by Volvo.
In parallell, Jens has worked with improvised theater since 2002, and professionally since 2003. He is a member of the Gothenburg Improvisation Theater, gbgimpro, since 2006 and has played in several hundred shows, teaches long-form improv, and developed a number of improv concepts.
