Erik Vanleeuw is Managing Director of the Jezuïetenhuis and the Dondeynehuis/Lerkeveld (Catholic University Leuven), in Leuven, Belgium. He has decades-long experience in developing and managing programs for social, cultural and personal training of students in an academic context. In more recent years he developed in-depth expertise as managing director in the healthcare sector, with special interest for healthcare innovation and HR-related topics. He also likes to explore the synergies between the worlds of business, spirituality, CSR, social and ecological innovation and has a particular interest in communication processes in organizations, organizational design and change and leadership development. He studied press and communication, religious studies, philosophy and cultural sciences. He also obtained an Executive Master in Business Administration (EMBA) at the Vlerick Management School in Leuven. His in-company project focused on the organizational design and aptitude for change of the Jesuit Order.
